Tell us the trip, roughly when, how many of you, and anything you’ve already decided. It takes about two minutes. Someone from the team turns it into a personal dossier, with a human touch, and comes back within one to two days.

We build it around you
The team confirms dates, applies any module swaps, and locks in accommodation and internal travel, trains, private cars, domestic flights where needed. You book your own international flights to India, on your own airline, from your own airport.

You land, everything is handled
Private cars, trains, domestic flights, hotels, guided experiences, restaurants, all pre-coordinated before you leave home. Free days are built into every trip for rest or spontaneous wandering.
What’s in your dossier
After you send an enquiry, we don’t just email back a price. Within one to two days, with a human touch rather than a form letter, the team sends a personal dossier: confirmed dates, the exact land price for your chosen service tier, any module swaps you’ve selected, and a day-by-day breakdown of accommodation and guided experiences. It’s the working document you’d actually book from, not a generic brochure.
Land-only, explained
All eight trips are sold land-only. International flights to India are not included. You book those yourself, from your preferred airport, on the airline and fare class you choose. We handle everything from the moment you land: internal travel, hotels, guided experiences, activity bookings, and restaurant reservations where relevant, all pre-coordinated before you leave home. Rooetd handles the planning, booking and customer relationship directly, with every ground service run by Travel Pals India, so you don’t need to arrange any of it yourself.
Essential Boutique vs Luxury Heritage Estate
Both service tiers follow identical itineraries, routes and destinations. The temples, backwaters, desert and mountains are the same either way. The difference is accommodation quality (mid-range vs boutique or heritage properties) and service level (shared transport on some legs vs private car throughout, guided experiences included vs optional, meals included vs breakfast only).
Pricing is land-only, per person, based on a shared double or twin room. A solo supplement applies for solo travellers. Group discounts are available for parties of 6 or more. Mention your group size in the enquiry notes.
Module swaps
Every trip page lists its available swaps and exactly what they cost. Some add days, some remove them, some are a straight substitution at no extra cost. A small number are currently conditional on factors outside our control, the Kartarpur Corridor’s operating status, for instance. Where that’s the case, the trip page says so plainly rather than quietly offering something that isn’t currently bookable.
None of this is fixed the moment you enquire, either. This is a bespoke trip, built around you rather than sold off a shelf. Change a swap, a date, a tier, any of it, for as long as you haven’t boarded your flight to India yet.
