India isn't a destination. It's a return to source.
Rooetd is a heritage travel company for British Indians. Not general India tourism, and not a diaspora novelty. Trips built specifically for people who grew up hearing about a place their family came from, and want to go past the version of it that fits on a postcard.
The goal isn't to show people India. It's to return people to a place they already belong to but haven't always had the chance to fully feel. The six trips on this site are a starting point, not the whole offer. If your family's roots are somewhere else in India entirely, we build for that too.
How we work
We're a small, UK-based team. We take the booking and the payment in pounds, so there's no separate agent to find and no overseas transfer to sort out. Every trip is land-only, priced transparently on its own page, and built with destination partners on the ground in India who handle internal travel, hotels and guided experiences.
